AOCS 1022-B LLRice62 Powder was prepared from LLRice62 rice by Bayer CropScience. LLRice62 contains the bar gene to confer glufosinate herbicide resistance. AOCS 1022-B is available in 10 g of powder, packaged in 27-mL glass headspace vials.
This is the first batch of LLRICE62 rice powder CRM prepared by AOCS for Bayer CropScience. It was produced in February 2023. The certified value is based on a sample purity of 96.2% (624 out of 640 seeds tested positive for LLRICE62). With 95% confidence, the true value is ≥ 962 g/kg. The measurement uncertainty is the expanded uncertainty with a coverage factor of 1.65 and confidence level of 95%.
